I have a very minor physical disability, but as a result when I have many friends with varying degrees of disability, lately I have been having fantasy's about one particular girl I know who is wheel chair bound, communicates via a computer, and has very little physical control, however is very affectionate, always wanting hugs kisses etc.

I commend you for your concern and thoughts on this matter. For fitness purposes, I frequent an Acquatic Centre for swimming, sauna and hot tubFrequently I observe mentally and physically challenged persons of both genders in attendance with their care givers.
Since these are generally young adults, I must admit to wondering about their sexuality and if and how their needs might be cared for. It certainly should be.
