Those seem to be screen captures from a video game -- possibly "The Sims?"

If they're not screen captures, you probably need some serious animation and drawing sofware -- or a LOT of talent/experience with cheaper animation/drawing software.

all you need is...

you might want to take a look at a free 3d product called Daz Studio, available from www.daz3d.com. Its very similar to 'poser', but FREE! The site has all kinds of model, clothing, and prop libraries (most of these are not free, but some are). You can do some really impressive work with the tools they offer.

It isn't a simple process, but it can be quite fun. Good luck!
