I could take that fact as part of my idea. Serena owns Maria on the court but Maria owns Serena off it. Maybe it's revealed Maria's a much better player but backs off Serena to hide their relationship.

Or for your idea, Maria submits to Serena - and Venus.

But you're not Maria. So the author builds a Maria who *is* attracted to and dominated by the Williams sisters -- and they compete for the Domme role. Everyoine slurps everyone eventually. That is mandatory. Serena and Venus alternate with the strap-on while the sister sits on Maria's face. For extra kinks, Maria gets waterboarded. Hilarity ensues. Especially when the Williams' coach / father walks in.
