Magic ( An Idea, Open to anyone )

OOC: Have been thinking of doing a roleplay with anyone that is interested in magic. This can either be based off of the Harry Potter world, or something different... really, I'm looking for someone who'd be interested in doing a roleplay of a magic sort. This could have to do with Druids or even just elves and mystical races, but wanted to see if anyone else might be interested. Post away and let me know your idea's

Interesting concept. Exactly what would you require if one wanted to explore this idea with you? I like to think myself well versed in several of the fields you have listed. I have knowledge of magic, mystical beings, creatures of the dark side, elves, fairies, orcs, magicians, wizards witches, and such.

heh well I was thinking almost like a movie I had seen about maguses, but more roguish... if we were to turn this into a one on one roleplay i'd suggest something perhaps of a powerful mage whom is enchanted by an elven sorceress? I had actually thrown this idea out to see if anyone was interested in a magic idea, so it's pretty open, what were you thinking of?

I can pretty much write anything in that concept. You can check out my profile or the alt Mystical Avalon and go from there. I like that idea of the mage and the sorcerress. Or an elven warrior who falls in love with a mystic in a forbidden love thing. A well written story with good characters doesnt have to be all about sex. If its good it will carry itself

Indeed! I like the idea of perhaps a male elven paladin, destined to be pitted in a battle of good against evil... and then finds himself falling in love with ... well for the sake or argument, a dark elf oracle, and then has to either face her or destroy her... what drama that would be. let me think on it tonight and i'll post my idea's tommorow

How about this, and its just for ideas sake.

A warrior, banished from his home seeking other lands stumbles upon an island where a young elven mystic lives. He seeks work with her father and learn to fight their ways. He falls in love with her and it is forbidden but she also feels the kinship. She teaches him the ways of the mystic opening doors to magic he never knew existed until one day a darkness falls and he is sent to defend the island against its greatests enemy. Her.
