Hi, yeah this is the right place to do this.
You might want to be more specific, there are a lot of types of dom and a lot of types of sub. If you think you might be a sub then getting the wrong type of dom might not give you a definitive answer.
Not many people like to RP over PM's unless they're really in depth, kik/skype are much more popular with yahoo in there as well.
I'll first off ask why do you think you're a sub? that should illuminate quite a few things.

Have you tried the Lit chat rooms? There may be people there who will discuss what it means to be a sub and the varieties of sub. You might even be lucky enough to find a domme (the usual spelling for a female dom) who will RP 'live' in PM there.
I'd also suggest reading some of the Lit fiction and seeing what you enjoy. My favourite by far is Elizabeth_Strokewell because she brings a great sense of fun to her writing. She has one story here and also her own website. She occasionally pops up in the forums here.
