I started to read a story about a young couple (I'm not sure if they were married or just BF/GF) that were just starting out and didn't have a lot of money. They couldn't make the rent payment to the landlord and the landlord was going to put them out on the street. After a lot of pleading the landlord offered to let them stay if he could come by once a week and they would have to comply with whatever he said. Naturally they thought he was going to demand sex from the wife/GF. He (the landlord) gave them some time to think about it and give him an answer.

They agreed after some soul searching discussions to have him visit them.

They were shocked when it turned out that on the first visit all the landlord did was make them strip naked. He sat himself in a chair and made the woman just turn and pose for him and had the naked man witness it all. Then he left!

The couple were very pleasantly surprised but thought that the next visit couldn't be that tame

On the next visit he had them strip again and made the wife/GF masturbate in front of them. Again making the man strip naked and watch his mate orgasm for a stranger.

the story went on from there and I can't find it to see where it all ended up.

I may not be remembering all the details but that is the gist of the way it went.

maybe this story wasn't popular but I thought it was very enjoyable and the plot line didn't go the usual way so it was interesting to me at least.

I wish I had an authors name or more info to go on....

I'm still hopeful

Sounds like an interesting story, but I never read it or heard of it.

I did a search for it, using the key text words apartment, landlord, and couple, but couldn't find it. I'd suggest trying to do the same. It's possible the author removed it.

I noticed that there are a LOT of unpaid rent/couple/landlord stories. It's a very common theme. So you might check out some of the other, similar stories.
