Pretty much as per the title. Guy finds out his wife is cheating & he simply walks out, leaving her & 3 daughters. I think the only contact he has to his old life is with his lawyer.

From my (admittedly crap) memory, the girls are on holiday years later as adults & spot him in a bar. He sees them just before & manages to escape with his new partner, but the girls track him down to his boat as he's preparing to leave.

The stuff in between & after are hazy, but life has been hard for the cheating mum & daughters, & mum lied to them as to why he left. They forgive him & berate their mum when they make contact.
