He wandered at night – when those who feared the darkness shunned the ancient ruins. From deep in the shadows, he saw ladies, maidens and their servants touring the temple with awe. However, the gloom afforded him a passing chance to peruse the ancient hieroglyphs, which mostly boasted of the martial prowess of kings like Ramses the Great. As he settled upon rereading the grossly fictional account of Ramses’ victory at the Battle of Kadesh, a singular torch abruptly broke his musings, and curiosity propelled him towards the illumination.
 
I was out alone at night, walking with a simple lit torch. History was a soft spot of mine and I wished to reacquaint myself with the stories of Ramses. As I made my way towards the displays, I saw a lone man. His hair was deep black in the dark, his eyes almost as dark. I swished my red curls around my face shyly, hiding myself effectively. My long blue gown was covering most of my body, apart from my heaving breast's. I had never seen this man in the village before, and was interested to find out who he was, and while he was so interested in history.
 
For once, a living being in the desolation, thought the man as he approached her feminine form. She quavered from fright, which indeed aroused his feral nature. Measuring his pace to calm her nerves, he finally came within speaking distance:

- I hope I am not presumptuous in wishing to address you, Miss….
