The amount that your balls hang is relative to body heat. Sperm requires a slightly cooler temperature to survive, so the scrotum moves up and down in relation to the body maintaining a constant temperature, or at least trying to.

Having said all that, I can state from experience that low balls are a pain in the ass. Thanks to some surgery I had to have, one ball hangs lower than the other. And on occasion, I've found myself "dipping" when going to the bathroom. Not a pleasant experience to be sitting there, minding my own business and suddenly finding myself dunking in nearly ice cold water. (Our well is very deep and the water only a few degrees above freezing)

So low balls aren't really any fun.

Everyone has their prefs.. for me - no I don't sorry - I'd rather them be round and firm - they fit better in my mouth that way - I don't have to try and gather them.

As to the balls preferance- I prefer clean more then anything else, LOL and not larger then my fists.
I do inpatient care currently for a living, seen way to many "dirty old man" crotches in the course of work. Ew!
So clean, preferably trimmed or shaved.
Size- hmm... more then a mouthful's a waste you know, least there. Penises are a completly different thing though.

It's to do with physics or gravity or something--take two spherical objects of the same size and put them in a net bag, and they're naturally going to settle down such that one is higher than the other. Also, I think they tend to hang lower with age. The scrotum loses its elasticity, like skin in other areas.

i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that if they're side by side and you squeeze your legs together or run it's not going to feel good...think about it, it makes sense.
