I guess I should contribute with something in the new Visual Artists Corner. :)

Here's a drawing I did when trying to draw fantasy figures. I'm usually crap at drawing bodies, but this one I'm proud how good it all turned out!

very good work

I bet you have some real nice ones. I would like to request a few? ;)

Those are some really nice pieces, Love. Feel free to keep'em comin' at all costs.

your demonangel picture reminds me of the early concept art for En Nominae, the Steve Jackson game. It was the first time artwork in a window inspired me to flirt with a girl and get the art work as well as her phone number.

Great job.

Hi,
Thanks everyone. I don't draw often, but I try to do it now and then. I am unfortunately not gifted enough to always make good drawings, to I'm thrilled when my hand lets me get it right. :)

None of us, no one, as a matter of fact, is gifted enough to do a good piece every time. :rose:

INDEED!!! Those photos are outstanding! o_O

Aww, you are so kind. :D

Here another two photographs. I admit to being more into photography last couple of years than drawing. Got a website as well. :)

How did you do the picture of the two dancing? I mean, are they posing in front of a black background? I don't think so, but that's how it looks.. I'd love ot know more :)

tolyk,
I had actually just about bought the camera and mainly tried it on flowers etc. Then my friend's friend was performing in a dance contest. We went there and took tons of photos! I was awfully lucky to get some really nice shots. :)

I justs held the camera by a table to steady it, waited and shot. There was a light in the bagkground as such, so I edited that away and darkened the background to make it darker.

I remember seeing some of your photos long ago, but some of those are new. Splendid stuff. Love the one @ the cafe. It's got so many weird little angles, lines, and details to discover and cool colors that it looks almost manipulated.

...must...buy...camera...

The picture of the dancing couple caught my eye - can't tell you why it struck a chord but it did. I enjoyed browing your thread. Hope you post more.

That's fantastic! You did a great job!! It looks like one of those old glamour portraits from the 40's...just beautiful! It looks mega professional.

Stockholm

Tolyk asked me to post some more photos, so here is one from a trip to Stockholm.

Thanks LP :) Always a joy to see your work

Your angel is very nice, Love. And your photographs are stunning. The piece of the train station, all ambers and pale ochres is gorgeous. You can almost feel that cool morning air swirling.

Thanks for posting,

-Phalo

The pic of the train station is surreal. I could make a story off of just looking at that. An erotic story even.

Good works!
