Lovely Rita Meter Maid

This song makes me wish my name were Rita. I don't know why. I've always liked it.

Pointlessness is good on a Saturday night when you wish you had your hands wrapped around a man's head as he sucks and licks on your cooter rather than sit in front of the computer.

I love the Beatles!

Best band ever! Saw Sir Paul on tour this year back in april. Kicked ass for nearly 3 hours. Pretty good for a guy that's 60!

Yes I am. And I feel bad for all the people that didn't get the chance to go too. They missed a hell of a K/night. Very initmate evening. Sir Macca was really chatty which led to the very close feeling with the audience. The tour DVD and live album should be out soon. It's worth the cash, trust me.

Way back in the dark ages(?) I saw the Beatles from 450 feet away at Bush Stadium in St Louis! Good show, very poor acoustics!

My mother's name is Breta (pronounced Breeta) and my Dad used to sing this song to her to her. Then he divorced her and abandoned us shortly there after. I still like the song though.

How very cool! What year did you see them? I'd agree with the poor accoustics, there was no such thing as live sound technology reproduction in those days. In fact part of the reason it was invented was so that bands could hear themselves in the big places over the fans.

Mid 90's. That would be the `93 New World Tour. Saw that one too. I'm proud to say I've seen him 3 times. 90, 93, 02. His shows are always fun. Where'd you see him?

Your mother has an unusual name, I like it better than Rita.

It's Irish. She's an unusual woman. Certifiable at times, but my siblings and I like her. She's ok for a mick.
