Love

(first off people please look past my username when reading my poetry lol)

LOL.. learning to love again .. and going through the pain again.
"Love is like a train, it strikes you fast and hurts when it hits you"


"I Know"

I'm here in this distance
So darkly covered
I'm in love, and again the pain is becoming unbearable
For my heart I have sheltered so long
And as soon as I had let go. Destiny strikes me
I wonder if we will ever talk again
Or if she will care
It's like this pain is unwashable rust
And I can not cleanse myself
Here I am again, I once fell slowly
But now I fall with speed
My knees are sore, and my hands are weak
I try not to look back yet I can't help myself
This is how I'll tell her that I love her
This is how I will say my good bye
But only for now. I'll put my heart on hold
And hope she would feel the same.
As I will slowly lower every beat of my heart until there is none
And the last one will be for her. And as I wave
My sorrowful hand farewell tears will start to escape from my eyes
And I'll hurt so deep and mourn so long inside
But I'll embrace it, this fear, this pain, this sorrow
Because I know that this is what love is.
