Love Letters

Okay, Lit ladies (lol). Show me what a talented lover/writer you are by writing me a love letter at gavican2003@att.net.....Prof. Gav

Many years ago I exchanged letters with a man that I was in love with. Real, honest to goodness paper letters. I would spend hours writing in the evenings, telling him my every thought, baring my soul to him. One day the letters from him stopped coming. I kept writing, asking him why. He eventually responded, saying that he had met someone else and was in love with them. I was absolutely devastated. In a fit of rage I burned all of the letters that he had written to me. Even though I dated after him, and eventually married (and eventually divorced), I never again wrote to anyone to that degree. I wonder if it was my loss?

I'm not quite understanding what you are looking for when you want someone to write you a love letter. A love letter is (to me) a heart-to-heart exchange of emotion, putting your feelings that you have for one person into words. Do you want someone to pretend that they love you? Or are you looking for some sort of role play?

I thought, perhaps, if someone like yourself wrote me a letter pretending she loved me, I could write a letter back pretending I loved her, we could begin to correspond, and who knows what might eventually happen?? Prof. Gav
