Love As A Kink?

I know that many stories have Love as a theme of the story, but I would love to find one where the kink is "love bordering on obsession". Ex: Saying "I love you" and similar phrases is itself a sexual act. Will likely be done during an initial meeting. The kink is hearing those words and play-acting the appropriate corresponding behaviors (jealousy, tenderness, etc.) I know this is likely of little interest, but I would really like to read it.

Hmm. I saw a story with "love as a kink" once, but the story concept was a ruthless society that valued self-control and thought love was weak and used sex and reproduction for political and financial ends only. In this society all nobility had at least one "sex practice slave", for the noble, especially younger adults, to develop their self-control and technique on, so they could present themselves professionally when they slept with other nobles. One of these slaves fell in love with their master, accidentally admitted this during sex, and expected to be killed or at least whipped and then sold for the slip. But the nobleman was so shocked he decided it was kinky as hell and he liked hearing those forbidden words "I love you" from his slave during sex.
