Lost story: Mom, black boyfriend, son on a boat

Looking for a story about a young man named Sammy I think who is on a sailboat with his mother and her dominant black boyfriend. The boyfriend fucks his mom loud and hard, gradually pushing her into a position to do something with the son. Then, if I remember correctly, he fucks the son too, which the son accepts gratefully. I used to (like, nearly a decade ago) read it every couple of months and just can’t find it now. Please help!
