Lost Story: Finding Submissive Fiancee in College

The story goes something like a young man from an affluent family has his father demand he find a wife ASAP so he asks out a sorority girl he knows is submissive, forcing her to wear a dress so tight it hobbles her and super high heels on their date out (that he sends a limo to pick her up I think) and to do other things before proposing marriage which she feels compelled to accept despite the submission he expects from her because of the social position of being engaged to him.
