I was reading a post in a different section about sexting and a story idea popped into my head. What if someone lost their phone, a stranger found it, figured out who it belonged to, and took advantage of the information on it?

I third the idea as a great story line! lots of possibilities

* blackmail of a married woman who is obviously sexting someone other than her husband
* well, blackmail of anyone - lots of options there
* a different story line would be to have a guy find a woman's phone who obviously has a very kinky imagination at least based on her texts. The guy is able to figure out who she is - based on her pictures, he finally locates her. He starts following her, becoming increasingly obsessed with her hidden sex life, as she is a clean-cut teacher/house wife/secretary/whatever. He follows her nightly, she seems to work at a massage parlour, or perhaps a BDSM dungeon, or as a high class call girl for guys with a particular fetish...

This topic reminds me of a famous incident a few years ago. A sexy young worker at the iPhone factory in China decided to test the camera of the phone prototype by taking a picture of herself (a fully-clothed picture, BTW), but neglected to delete it. When the phone's software was cloned on the assembly line, the photo was cloned with it. Consequently, the customers who bought all the phones in that series had a mysterious photo of this lovely young asian woman in their photos folder. She became an internet sensation as people the world over tried to find out who she was.

Perhaps you could have a story in a similar vein, except with a more adult flair to it. Perhaps the phone contained an amateur sex tape, or a striptease gallery.

While initially mortified that ten million people the world over have bought phones with her erotic exploits on them, the woman quickly warms to the fact that she's become an overnight sex icon and decides to explore her newfound love of exhibitionism.
