Lost Edited Story

Hmm... I edited a story a few days ago but after 48 hrs the original hadn't been updated. The edited version also had no views so not sure if anyone had looked at it at all. I then contacted Lit about it after a few more days but now my submission is not pending ... It's not even showing on the account and have not heard back about it.

What could I have done wrong
