Lost Brother/Sister Story

I read this a few years ago. It was a multi-chapter story about a brother and sister that become a couple. I honestly don’t remember most of the story. I do remember one chapter dealt with them being on a vacation or spring break. They’re spending time with a couple of other couples. One of the other couples suggests switching partners like a key party. The main couple are uncomfortable about it, but being young, they feel pressured to participate. The sister as I remember figures out a way to rig it so she gets her brother.

I wish I could remember more details, but maybe someone else remembers it and can give me the author and title.

Sounds like something TomWine might have written, but not the 'Brooke' series, that ended quite badly

Yeah, that’s a good one. A little depressing at the end. But it’s not the right author.
