Claude is a kid enrolled in a Catholic elementary school along with his girlfriend, Rene, and his best friend, Arthur. Their teacher is a nun named Sister Uberta.
Claude's father is an unemployed alcoholic (during 1944), Claude's mother runs the father off and supports the family taking in laundry (rather than taking a job in the local war economy).
In a nutshell Arthur is a bad influence on Claude, he makes Claude cuss and make water balloons from condoms. Claude even makes furtive glances at Rene's young body. Rene likes it and Sister Uberta is apoplectic. Sister confronts Claude, Claude says I HATE YOU, and Sister smacks his paw with a ruler for the insolence. OMG
Claude's paw is pink. Sister presses him to her breast and has another attack of apoplexy. She resigns and moves away.
The story was approved by Naoko for its use of condoms.
