Looking to find a story, waitressess & punishment bench

Hi,
I am looking for a story that I used to like, it's about a bar that had a "punishment bench" for the waitresses with pictures of them on the bench.

What started as a theme to attract clients, soon became a thing where costumers could pay to punish the waitresses

I would appreciate your help in finding it!
