I'm from Northern New York. Three hours north of Syracuse northern New York, where most people think you'd be in Canada by then. I live right on the border. But I'm headed back down to college soon, right about half-way between Rochester and Buffalo. Some people consider that northern new york. So what part of new york do you consider upstate?
