I'm usually a pretty good researcher, but I haven't been able to find these two stories for some time now, using both google and the lit search option...maybe someone here can help me out? Unfortunately my memory of them is vague.
The first was likely in the nonhuman section, as it starts with a virgin who has been kidnapped, and is being forcibly mated with this man for revenge or because his clan fights with another or something...and then much later in the series she owns a bakery, but she's not happy, so she steals a motorcycle, but then is captured by the bad guys again and only escapes when the good guys (lover included) comes to rescue here and there is a fire.
The second is in either the romance or the erotic couplings sections, it's about a young girl who rebels against her family by sleeping with her brother's ex-best friend, who the family hates now. I also seem to recall her working at some type of convenience store in the bad part of town, and getting fired from that place because a customer is rude to her.
