I'm looking for two stories, one I read not so long ago about a man whose wife was a wedding planner or organiser. She met a very attractive hotel owner who invited her to his hotel to research it as a possible venue for her business. The hotel owner has a personal assistant who suspects that the LW and the hotel owner have a mutual attraction, and she warns the boss that should he pursue this married woman, she would resign and leave him. The LW and the hotel owner become lovers, and the husband finds his LW betraying him when he makes an unannounced visit to the hotel during one of her visits. He is devastated and takes very drastic action to avenge his betrayal, but I won't describe the exact revenge in order to to avoid spoilers for anyone yet to read the story. The Personal Assistant tells the boss that he has crossed a line and resigns. From memory, the Personal Assistant features in further stories written by the same author.
I have sketchier details for the second story where the LW falls for the husband’s boss. The betrayed husband (MC) is the main producer of the boss’s business but the boss feels that the MC is stealing his thunder and even stirring up discontent among his staff. The boss send the MC on a business trip, saying that he is absolutely essential to the success of a crucial piece of business. The boss then invites the MC's wife to accompany him on a business dinner to entertain important potential clients, appealing to her desire to be important and also to help her husband's business. SHe agrees to go and the boss makes some initial moves that she rebuffs. However he ultimately manages to seduce the LW and has (great) sex with her. He is a good lover such that even after the affair is discovered by the MC, and unsurprisingly the LW feels incredibly remorseful and guilty, the boss still calls round to her and manages to seduce her again. I can't recall further details sufficiently confidently to include them in case they throw you off, but perhaps the concept will ring a bell with some readers.
