Can't find title of story

Husband phones nurse wife in car she she she is working but he sees her in car with doctor.he followed by a them to motel.When they leave doctor grabs her butt,she sees husband and hits doctor in nose.Husband leaves before wife can talk to him. Husband goes back to motel and finds out wife was at motel many times.
