Looking For Story: Two coworkers get caught having sex by female boss, boss ensures he gets her pregnant.

I read a story a few weeks ago and now can't find it again.

Two coworkers sneak off and start at it when their boss, a cold woman catches them. She then makes them continue before joining in. In the end, she tells the guy to finish inside his coworker and get her pregnant. If I'm remembering correctly, the boss was an Indian woman and there may have been lactation involved? I've searched every combination of tags I can think of and can't find it.

Any help?
