Looking For Story/Series about young man and women who take care of him?

A while back, I read a series of stories about a young man who is recovering from either an accident or a surgery. He is taken care of by a group of women who are friends with his mom. They eventually play with him, then have sex with him while they think he is asleep. He winds up confronting them and making them do things with each other.

I have tried searching this story out, but I can't recall the name of either the story or the author. Can someone please help me figure this out??
