I believe these parts are for sure:
-not sure if cuckold/living wife etc
-couple end up in vehicle with stranger due to giving it needing a ride back or home.
-wife does'nt think stranger is very appealing..believe he is a bigger less attractive man..likely well endowed as that is the recurring theme
- I believe they make out in a car or at least once in a vehicle and the husband possibly is or pretends to be asleep.
-end up at a house/apartment etc where she has sex with him while husband is or pretends to be sleeping?
-stranger is a widower who lost his wife before they could have a child.
-wife makes out with stranger possibly reluctantly at first before they get to the house etc.
-much is being skipped i believe but eventually the wife has a child of his which they ,the couple,visit him with or she may have left the husband to be with the stranger.
-some mention of saved up money from a business or his job is made and i believe a reference to how he looks like the stranger?
-possibly they give him a ride or they get one from him and end up giving him a way to contact them or vice versa..may be mixing 2 stories but i think they started at a place trying to pick up someone or live out a fantasy etc.
- I often jumble different stories together when I try to recall them don't be afraid can make suggestions even vaguely similar!

Possibly set in the U.K. I believe a couple tries to pick up a couple/person at a bar. Have no luck and give a ride or get a ride from an older man possible he drives a taxi.
She makes out with him. He says he is a widower and his wife never gave him a baby.
Eventually he gets the wife pregnant and o believe it ends with a descriptionof the child and him saying something about having money saved up and it looking just like him.
