Looking for story, please help

I read a story a long time ago, and I really liked it. The problem is, I cannot find it anymore. It is about a family that is moving, I believe. A mother, father, sister, and brother are piled into the same car, but the son has his mom sitting on his lap. He get a hard-on, and is confused for a while. They start to "play", but try to keep it from the sleeping sis and the driving dad. Well, it goes a lot like that. If anyone knows what I am talking about, can you please let me know what it is?
