Looking for story neighbor auctions and bribes wife

Read many years ago, but forgot author and title.
A wife agrees to help neighbor serve appetizers at charity event and gets drunk/drugged? She ends up having all her clothes and jewelry auctioned off. Photos are taken and she gets blackmailed further and further into depravity. I believe there are many parts to this story as the wife is further used by the neighbors husband and eventually her son who was also dating the victims daughter.
