Looking for story about couple being watched at a festival

Hi. I'm looking for a story where a couple are watched having sex at a hospital. The wife is riding her husband reverse at the opening of a tent, while a guy outside watches. It never really gets into wife sharing or anything like that, but it's the suggestion of it.

Anyone familiar with this?
