Basically, as the title says, the main character lives in a world where a majority of the women had powers, but he discovers he has powers as well but he can make people fat or skinny by manipulating their fat.
Far as I can tell, the author pulled it from Lit - IIRC, someone else (not the author) was offering it as an ebook for sale online. I think the author managed to get the non-authorised version(s?) removed, and is currently himself selling it as an ebook on Amazon.
I was looking for it myself a while back - really want him to continue (or finish) the story...
