Looking for specific brother/sister story

Hey all,

At some point I read a story about a brother and sister hooking up. All I remember about it now is that the Brother helps the Sister move a mattress into her apartment and gets injured. He ends up having to stay with her until his ??knee?? is healed but they end up staying together.

Ring a bell to anyone? Any help would be appreciated.
