Looking for specific apocalypse/last male story

I remember a series that was started about 2 years ago, the guy was the last male in the world, his neighbor in an apartment complex ended up getting with him, they then went to a farm and got with another girl who lived in the area. The story ended up getting a little weird, with visions about the four horseman or something like that?
