Looking for some pen pals and chat friends

Hi. Some of you know me from the different posts that I have made over the years. Mostly in the Playground area. What I am looking for are friends to chat with on a regular basis. It does not have to be sexual, just looking for someone who likes to talk.
Yes I know I could go and chat in the rooms on playground, but I really am looking for more of a one on one friendship. Not looking for a long distance thing, just friends. So, if anyone out there would like to chat, leave me an PM or, post here.
Not sure if I will get that much response but I thought what the heck. A person can always use more friends. A little about me.
I am with a speical someone, but she works nights and so I am alone afternoon and nights. I have done many kinds of works from performing in nightclubs when I was younger to working in radio to working in computers. I am 48, 5'11" 220, dark brown hair, eyes and beard. I love to read books and have a huge library. I collect first edtions and mostly are mystery, thrillers and court dramas. I have a golden retriever and used to breed them.
I have 3 grown kids and I am very much into music. I love smooth jazz. Well I guess that is about it, if you have any questions let me know. Thanks

Its always nice to have new friends to talk to about everyday stuff. You can im me in yahoo-kaass5 or pm me. I love to talk and I am also a very good listener. My husband works nights so I am home alone with my kids and after they go to bed I don't have much else to do so chating with someone would be great.

but if so I'm a die hard night owl and love to talk.
I also love to read thrillers steven King,Dean Koonts.
Also love the outdoors camping,fishing,boating,have 5
dogs yes 5 lol,a cat ,and two cockateils lol.
I also love all types of music except Rap and heavy metal.

Hon I am on the East coast and maybe the problem is, I have no idea where you are and what time is your time. This could account for why we are not meeting on line.

Well there in lies our problems in chatting. When you are on llate at 1am, it is 4am here so that is why I am not on. Oh well, any ladies on the east coast that want to have a chat friend?
