I once read a story something along these lines.
It's been a long time ago but I can't remember if it was on this site or not. A short summary below is what I can remember.

A couple desired to be bound together and had contracted a service to do this for them.
They were disrobed and joined together sexually, facing one another and then had their hands around each other like in an embrace. The "contractor" put masks and snorkels on each of them which were joined together so they could be eye to eye. I remember there was also an anal tube placed in for their bodily functions.
They were then put into a glass box which was filled with a flowing ballistic type of gel substance that prevented movement when it hardened.
The story ended up with the couple staring eye to eye with each other and the contractor would insert Viagra into each snorkel will enough water for each to make them swallow the pills. The author made the description as to only wonder who would go crazy first and for the regret of their wish to be bound together....forever.

That's all I pretty much remember about it but I don't know how you would search for it on the story board.
