Hey react -- you've come to the right place! (Well, in the broad sense of "place," anyway...) The internet has become a very valuable tool for finding like-minded communities. Although I'm not the one with the list of links, there are threads in the Library (a sticky at the top of this forum) that are all about BDSM links. Several of the sites that literotica members listed on these threads are very helpful for finding folks in your area.
