Ok, this was a story I read as a kid years ago ... the parts I remember of it:
1. Boy stays the night with his best friend
2. Boy likes best friend sister
3. In the past the boy was stilling best friends dirty panties out of hamper and using them to master bait
4. During the sleepover the best friends sister is laying on her stomach watching tv ... her night shirt creap up and boy can see best friends sister.
5. She ends up doing this on purpose, getting wet and teasing him as well
