Looking for a story I read many years ago, (well, 5 or 6) very dark, about a girl who is kidnapped, body modified, brainwashed to believe she is pregnant after having sex with dogs. It was a very harsh, not for the feint of heart. Don't read the details unless you dare.

The girl, teenaged, is kidnapped and taken to a shipping container. she is given surgery to accentuate her female parts, particularly labial removal, and is trained to have sex with dogs, and eventually believes she is pregnant to a dog, due to hormones she is given. She is completely brainwashed and one scene has her reintroduced to society at a dinner where she is kept on a leash and is 'milked'. eventually she escapes, but, after trying to readjust to normal society, she decides to return to her captors.
