As long as the thread is of high enough quality I don't care about minor spelling and grammatical errors. And I'm willing to add to your stories (or threads, if you don't have any Open stories) based on what you have added. In most cases it'll be thread for thread, but there might be exceptions (three short threads rarely equal three long ones), and there are some types of stories I just won't add to (but if you're the author of such a story chances are you won't be interested enough in Endowiar to add to it).
Don't let the long guidelines scare you - most of them are pretty standard.
