He's 18. (at most). What do 18 year olds know about how to attract a woman. Particularly an older woman.
The most likely way for such a youngster to get started would be if an older woman saw him somewhere, was in the mood for a particular kind of fun, found him physically appealing, and just grabbed him and taught him.

That, or course, does not work on line because, well, because you can't see him. And because there is so much competition.
