I figure I’d head my ad with the most glaring and significant differentiator I can think of. Usually fellows here look for arousing sex that lasts a week at most, but my yearning is for an affair that lasts much longer.
Arousing sex should become part of my affair also, ideally, but not the only part certainly. I had written the details into my first personal ad; if you are interested in making a connection with me, I figure you’ll go to the trouble of looking it up.
So why is “love” my foremost desire? Simply because with love in play (meaning to me affection and caring and admiration and mutuality and empathy, mainly, and an interest in discovering and getting to like the total persona of one's affair partner), the love-making that happens then is all the more sweet. Relative to sex that happens without love.
And it has a chance of lasting longer. Simply because love is a hell of a lot more difficult to find than only sex. Also when caring is involved, and not only for each other’s genitals, a higher likelihood exists for both of us contributing some meaning to each other’s lives.
So my ad, which looked at first glance like hopelessly romantic and idealistic, is in reality a very pragmatic ad. I want to save myself the trouble of breaking up every ten days. In that sense, it is also a lazy man’s ad, if you come right down to it.
Should you be a lazy woman, with a similar mindset like me, why don’t you consider PMing me?
