Looking for Lost Exhibitionist Story

I remember reading this story that I wanted to go back and reread but I can't find it no matter what I search.

It was about a girl who turned 18 and found out her town has a tradition where women can accept a number of older male mentors who give them advice in return for sexual favors. It kicks off with the girl performing a solo strip show in a strip club where basically everyone she knows is invited. She performs the show to raise money for college and then meets her future mentors.
