Looking for life lessons from the ladies

Help! I'm a 30something MWM, lived a "sheltered" life so far (not likely to change, I guess), but VERY curious about women's sexuality and turn-ons. Would like to hear from bi-females about how they got interested in the ladies, and maybe hear some experiences...? Also looking for an author (forget her name) who posted some "how to" info for women about how to get started swinging. She was from Florida, I think. Thanks!
