Trying to find a story - I think it's a series
I don't really remember if it's a son/mom or a brother/sister. I do remember that it's an impregnation story. In fact, I think it may be a guy with his mother and sister (and maybe even an aunt).
One of the later parts of the story, they get involved in a wife swapping group with two neighboring couples. The couples' husbands have had vasectomies, but the son/brother hasn't, so of course, he gets both of the other wives pregnant as well.
