suggestion for a story

How about a story (or series) based on Princess Diana and Dodi al Fayed? If his father believes that it was totally unacceptable (to the Royal Family) that the two should ever marry, then there must be some juice there for an erotic fantasy, an Albion version of the more prosaic interracial sex fanatasies of American porn. It could not only have the attraction of the worlds most elevated pop-culture heroine doing variations of the nasty, but you could work in some high-camp themes like her angst at being a media icon, a woman in a male-dominated establishment, her resenstments and insecurities, getting back at hubby, even an incest theme. If it could be written in a very sophisticated, English style (as much a commentary on the mileau and times as a mating of the characters) it could be a really droll farce that parodies all the current idolatry around this thoroughly over-esteemed woman.
