I read a story several months ago and now unable to find it(pc crash lost HD).
What i remember the story was of a woman going cross country to new employent and finds a young woman running on a highway from capturers. She falls in love with her. The woman turns out to be a transexual and is partly submisive, she tells story of her capture and training and how was informed that she can not got to authorities. They contact the FBI and arrange a meet so can pass on info, come to find out the person they contacted was not with the FBI anymore and was the person in charge of capturing people to be changed and trained, the women are saved by real FBI agents.
