Looking for help from Final Fantasy lovers...

Ok, this is just a request for you Final Fantasy lovers (and I know that there are a few of you out there)

I am looking for all the FF games as roms (with emulators of course) - I already have the znes emulator and FF3 but still need the rest!

Any ideas on where/how to find them coz I am hooked and my Ex still has my Playstation and games with him <pout>

I think I have a few somewhere.

However there are some questions.

This FF3 you have is it the NES FF3 that was never released here or our FF3 for the SNES which is in reality FF6?

As for the FF2 which is really FF4 on the SNES do you want the Hard Type ( original Japanese version but translated ) or the Easy :read censored: Type that we got?

I think I might have :

FF1 NES
FF2 NES
FF3 NES
FF4 SNES
FF5 SNES
FF6 SNES

As for 7 - 10 your out of luck.

Yeah that's FF6

FF3 had a bunch of no name characters and the job system that later showed up again in FF5.

I have on my computere

ff1,2,3 for nes
2,5,3 for snes, then I have 4 and 6 the jap versions. which are actualy longer then the 2 and 3. and have a slight diff sotry.
I have ff mistic quests.
I have ff adventurs for GB ff legend one and two for GB
I have ff 7,8,9 for PSX, I have ff 3,4,5 for PSX i'm buing a PS2 just go to get ff 10.

and for those of you that never knew this there are actualy 26 FF games, they just don't all have the FF name.

YES i think i'm an FF lover lol.

Final Fantasy Legend series is really the Romancing SaGa series and Final Fantasy Adventure is actually Secret of Mana 1 ( Seiken Densetsu or something)

Hey Fly I was wondering if you beat any of the special fights in the later FF games?

Omega Weapon in FF8
Ozma in FF9

And just wait til you meet Nemesis ( the Golden Omega Weapon ) in FFX - 10 Million Hit Points! And he counters every attack you make with Ultima! Well, he won't counter Quick Hit. even with the Break Damage Limit and Break HP/MP Limit it's a damn hard fight.

FF as a MMORPG will NOT work, FF is always been about the story and multiple characters.

And I thought I knew my FF...

I agree with Fly - on-line just won't work. Not for me anyway. I don't care for such on-line play. Just something fun I can pick up, play for a bit, put down and pick up later if need be to find it as I left it.

How is the FF6j version different from FF3/6 us? I know how FF4j and FF2us differ, but I am not aware of any difference in this game.

FF3j NES is a fun game - if you loved FF2us/4j, you'll like this, just for how similar the characters look if nothing else.

Speaking of which - I wish they made more RPGs like FF4 - a story where characters come in and out, but fun with the traditional elements of backstabbing friends and elementals, fiends, and over/underworlds. Too much focus on choosing whom you want on your party nowadays. Can you imagine how dull FF4 would have been if you could've opted out Cid, Yang and the rest? Uggh.

I think Zip files might be easier to send/recieve as they are smaller, and Flawed don't feel bad about not "knowing" your FF like these guys... hell I am right there with you!

I know I love the games and am doing quite well on FF3(6 or whatever) and before I left my Ex I was on the final battle on 7 but hell guys, you eat, breath and sleep this stuff!
