Looking for Graphics Artist

I am posting here for a friend of mine. I have read the boards and see that many of you are very fine artists, so I figured some here may be interested in this add. Two of my friends are opening an ebook publishing company and asked if I knew anyone that was interested in doing ebook covers and logos. If I have broken any rules, I apologize and will not do so again. But this forum is the one I assumed would be most open to this type of ad.

I am starting my own ebook publishing company and need someone to do book covers. Looking for someone that is talented in computer art, that wants to get started in a company and craft on the ground floor, that can take direction and be able to work with me and the author on the vision we have for that particular book. Pay will be be somewhat low in the beginning, but some of the cover artists that are really good in this field can end up making very good money. You can look at a couple of websites: www.ellorascave.com or www.loose-id.net to get an idea of the type of books we will be publishing and the covers that go along with them. Welcome to our very little corner of the WWW. I don't believe you've broken any rules.

If you had caught me about 12 years ago I would have been happy to get into this with your friends. Unfortunately, since that time, I've fallen out of the graphics scene altogether and have extremely limited time for my own projects these days.

I know there's several people in here that can do what you're asking for. Just keep rattling the cages and someone should wake up and come to your assistance ... hopefully ...
