Leather
Good for small wrists... as in wrist of 15,5 cm
I slip out of standard cuffs...

I'm kinda confused about where the "accessoires" are attached. Is the metal loop at the buckle supposed to be the anchoring point, too?

My guy made mine. All Leather, lined with soft sheepskin. All the loops so I can’t pull or damage the cuffs.
My leash is steel. He put a bell on my collar.

I know you prefer a European shop, but I'd be remiss if I didn't post about Danny's cuffs in here. High quality. I have a full set and some of his other toys. He'll talk to you about sizing for small wrists.
